Bereavement Volunteers:  When a family has lost a loved one, we like to provide lunch after the service. If you would like to provide a dish, dessert, rolls or drinks for the luncheon, there is a sign-up sheet in the foyer. Please include your name, phone number, and email. Someone will contact you when there is a need. Please see Sharon DeLay should you have any questions.

Jail Ministry: If you would like to participate in the Forsyth County jail ministry, please see Sharon DeLay for a background check consent form. We have to turn these in to set up a time to go into the jail. The jail is normally open on Tuesday and Thursday evening for ministry, for 30 minutes to one hour. This days and time is tentative and will be confirmed once all of the forms are turned in. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Camera Volunteers Needed:  We are in need of people to run the cameras for live streaming, especially for our Wednesday evening services. Experience is not necessary. We will train you. If you are interested, please see Joe Johnson or call the church office at (770) 887-4679 to get his contact information.

Winter Coat Drive: This is a CRISIS! Winter in Ukraine this year will be dire. Orphan's Hands  is trying to gather as many coats, hats, gloves, and scarves as possible to help displaced families in Ukraine (10 million). They are working through the local church in Kiev, Odessa, Irpin, Bucha and other communities. If you would like to help with any of the above mentioned items or donate a gently used coat, you may begin to bring them in beginning Sunday, October 2, 2022, and place in the container.  Another way to help will be to go to the website already prepared ( where you can purchase a coat from a registry and have it sent to their ministry headquarters. It may mean the difference between life and death this winter for so many. The deadline for bringing in your items is Sunday, November 6, 2022.
